MUSIC:        15:30    16:30    4 Lines: Ashkenazi-Sepharadic Tunes Project       ITALIAN SYNAGOGUE

Talents on different instruments, 4 Lines,  are getting together  to perform Askenazi-Sepharadic tunes. The artists looking at the Jewish culture from different perspective, will perform the traditional tunes with a touch of Jazz, Turkish and Western music.

A kanun virtuoso, composer who has appraised all the possibilities that the Turkish saz, kanun,  has to offer and has widened his career to  different music types such as New Age, and jazz, Goksel Baktagir...

A prominent oud  virtuoso Yurdal Tokcan who has created his  original technique by associating the traditional performance of oud with contemporary tunes... In this very special unison of different styles, you will get to hear Klezmer-Ashkenazi tunes performed with eastern saz instruments.
